FHSC teach life-saving techniques at YFEST
Staff from the Faculty of Health and Social Care were present at this year's YFEST, an annual event for young people that is held over three days in Chelmsford's Central Park during August. This is a free event organised by the YMCA and it proved to be extremely popular, with well over a thousand teenagers attending.
Members of the faculty talked to the young people and also taught them how to save lives. John Redmond was on hand with Resus Annie and trainer mannequins, demonstrating advanced life-saving techniques, and it proved to be extremely popular. We were delighted to support this community event and look forward to being there again next year.
