Outline of Career
Sian started her career as a staff nurse and then senior staff nurse at the Intensive Care Unit at Addenbrookes Hospital. She then had several roles across the country including Sister in an Intensive Care Unit in Bristol, Regional Transplant Coordinator and Professional Development Sister in Critical Care.In 2003, Sian entered nurse education and became a Lecturer at Homerton School of Health. She is now a Senior Lecturer in Adult Acute and Critical care at the Faculty of Health, Social Care & Education at Anglia Ruskin University.
