Outline of career

Peter qualified as a social worker in 1984, and since then he has worked in variety of social work and educational settings before taking up a full-time post at Anglia Ruskin in 2003.

Research Interest

  • older people's experiences within the social care system

  • older people's participation agenda

His PhD research involves looking at the statutory review system for older residents of care homes.
