Outline of career
Naim worked in a variety of critical care settings including: general, cardiac and cardiothoracic critical care as a staff nurse and senior staff nurse. He worked initially in Jordan then moved to Dubai and in the beginning of 2005, joined Papworth Cardiothoracic ICU. In addition, Naim worked in clinical education and as student representative in the curriculum development during his master study. He has introduced changes to clinical practice based on scientific evidence, participated in many projects and developed clinical guidelines.
Research Interest
Critical care nursing coping with the complexity of change, interruption in nursing work and simulation in nursing education.
