Outline of career

I am the Common Foundation Pathway Leader for Chelmsford site.
I started as a health care assistant and then commenced my training in April 1993. I completed in April 1996 and worked for one year as a staff nurse and then worked as a senior staff nurse within the surgical arena.
I decided that I wanted to be a lecturer, got my BSc (Hons) in Specialist Nursing Practice and then commenced at Anglia Ruskin in 2000.
I have moved forward and achieved my MAT&L and now commenced on a doctorate programme.
I am the CFP Pathway Leader.
