Career

Mrs Andrews has been a full time senior lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University since March 2009. She has worked in further education since 2004. Mrs Andrews' clinical nursing experience was in neurosciences (neurology and neurosurgery) and general medicine.

Research Interest

Mrs Andrews research interests include qualitative research focusing on the student experience, mentorship, nursing education and nursing practice.
