Outline of career

Worked as a mental health nurse in acute care for 15 years, working as a charge nurse for the last 5 years in the community. Initially employed part-time by Anglia Polytechnic University seconded from the Trust, I have been employed as a full time senior lecturer with the University since 2003 in the mental health and learning disabilities department in the Faculty of Health and Social Care.

Research Interest

Currently undertaking a PhD in mentorship in mental health nursing.
