Outline of career

My clinical career centred mainly upon the Community, where I worked first as a District Nurse and subsequently as a Macmillan Nurse Specialist. I then entered education initially as a teacher practitioner in Oncology and Palliative Care before becoming a senior lecturer. These two areas have remained my central areas of expertise.

Research Interest

I have undertaken research into the use of nursing models, and into Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.
