Then I joined Havering Hospitals NHS Trust as the Nurse Manager for Outpatient Services before moving into practice developments at Barking, Havering and Redbridge NHS Trust.During this time I also started some inter-professional project research work as a study centre co-ordinator with the rheumatology team. I onwardly worked as the Senior Research Nurse on one of the studies. In 2002 I joined London South Bank University as a Senior Lecturer and I moved to Anglia Ruskin University in 2011.
