Outline of Career

Bev qualified as a midwife in 1991 following her career as a General Nurse working predominantly with the Marie Curie Foundation, Operating Theatres and ITU. She joined Anglia Polytechnic University in 2002 as a Practice Educator Midwife, a 50/50 joint position between Education and Clinical Practice.

Bev continues within the role as Practice Educator Midwife at Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust, and now holds a 0.5 Midwifery Lecturer position within Anglia Ruskin University.
