First ALSS Autumn Fest hailed as success
On Wednesday 10 November 2010, students and staff from the Faculty of Arts, Law and Social Sciences turned out at the Helmore Building for an evening of entertainment, free drinks and a chance to meet and chat.
Those who came early were treated to a performance by a talented first year Popular Music student, Ross Wilson, who excelled on the electric guitar. For those who stayed on, or arrived later, there was a hilarious show by invited comic performer/unicyclist juggler Andy Christie, whose performance had the audience in stitches. The rest of the evening's entertainment was provided by the Student Union's DJ.
The party went really well and there was a good atmosphere throughout. A huge thank you goes out to everyone who helped to support the event.
