Academic staff from ALSS have achieved a fantastic series of successes in this year's round of Anglia Ruskin University award schemes, including 12 sabbatical awards (over half of those available) and 3 Vice Chancellor awards.

Along with these internal successes, this year's Andrew W Mellon Senior Visiting Scholar Award at the University of Yale has gone to our Reader in Enlightenment, Gender and Court Studies, Clarissa Campbell Orr.

Congratulations to all of our winning staff members this year, and good luck to everyone for 2011-12.

Two out of the six Fellowship Awards awarded across the University and one Project Award were won by ALSS staff. The names of the winners will be revealed at the Learning & Teaching Conference on 28 June in Chelmsford.
