Mandy Carr's research activity
Mandy completed her dramatherapy training at Roehampton University. She is also a graduate of the BADth (British Association of Dramatherapists) approved Creative Arts Supervision Training. She has been active over the last 30 years in London as a teacher, director and performer. She has set up dramatherapy work in a variety of educational settings, as well as within adult mental health contexts and has facilitated a range of training workshops for therapists and teachers. She has a special interest in the use of dramatherapy to facilitate intercultural dialogue and currently convenes BADth's Equality and Diversity Sub-Committee. She has presented workshops at various national conferences.
She works in private practice as a dramatherapist, arts therapies supervisor and freelance trainer. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
