Following a career as a management consultant within the City of London, Rhidian joined Anglia Ruskin University in 2002. Specialising in project management, change management and business strategy, Rhidian has managed a number of high profile projects on behalf of Anglia Ruskin University as well as lecturing on a range of business disciplines.

Rhidian is currently Course Leader for the LLM International Business Law and LLM International Commercial Law courses, lecturing in Comparative Company Law, International Governance and International Business Law.

Rhidian's research interests include the evolution of legal doctrine, corporate financial regulations and partnership working.
