Francis King's research activity

Francis is a lecturer in law, teaching on the LLB land law and contract law undergraduate programmes. Her research interests lie in the laws pertaining to property use and enjoyment and her PhD thesis explores the use of the statutory authority defence to an action in nuisance.

Francis has previously taught on built environment and construction undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and regularly contributes to the academic debate in both legal and built environment disciplines.


Areas of supervision:

All aspects of Property law, including land law, tortious and contractual aspects, planning and construction. Also available to supervise contract, tort, criminal and medical law projects or dissertations.
