Law School Professor contributes to major series on Law in Africa
Professor Rob Home of Anglia Law School is currently editing a collection of essays on African land law. The collection, due to be published in April by Pretoria University Law Press, is part of a major series on the Rule of Law in Africa that has been funded by the World Bank.
Rob, who has much experience in land matters relating to Gypsies and travellers (which includes giving evidence to Parliamentary Select Committee and undertaking accommodation assessments for local authorities), was also interviewed recently for an article by the Independent on Sunday about Dale Farm, the largest traveller community in Europe.
