Adrian has worked as an archaeological surveyor in the Peterborough area since the days of the development of the new townships and has wide experience of geophysical survey in all parts of Britain, including major work on the Orkney Islands. He now works freelance and takes a lead role in teaching practical surveying skills on all archaeology programmes at University Centre Peterborough as well as a number of projects in the region.
