Current areas of research

My primary area of research and publication is in spectatorship. Additionally I publish on the following: Continental Philosophy, especially Deleuze, Guattari, Foucault, Blanchot, Irigaray and Lyotard. Sexuality and Queer Theory. Feminism. Ethics. Post-Human Theory. European horror film, especially German Expressionism and Italian horror of the 1960s-1980s.
