This month has seen further successes for students on our MA Creative Writing course.

John Davy has been selected as one of ten winners to be published in the Momaya Annual Review 2009 in December, while Kate Swindlehurst has just been awarded an Escalator award to complete her novel.

Also, we'd like to wish good luck to Penny Hancock, Jan Hurst and Howard Baker who have entered the last stage of the Hookline Novel competition. Book groups around the country are reading their manuscripts at this very moment, and the winner will be announced in early November.

Congratulations to them all.
