Dr Sebastian Rasinger, senior lecturer and convenor for the MA Applied Linguistics and TESOL, has been elected onto the Executive Committee of the British Association for Applied Linguistics.

BAAL is a professional organisation for academic linguistics and those with an interest in language learning and teaching. Dr Rasinger will serve his 3 year term in the role of the association's newsletter editor.
