Another first for the MA Publishing team
Claire Croft
On Monday 8 November, guest speaker Claire Croft, New Media Manager at Durham University, delivered a brilliant session about online editing to our MA Publishing students - via the medium of Skype. This was the first time that this kind of technology has been used in delivering a session on the course.
MA Publishing team member and CoDE research fellow Leah Tether said:
"As well as representing an innovative method of presenting a guest speaker to the students, Skype has the added benefit of being cost and time effective, both for the guest speaker and for Anglia Ruskin University."
It is envisaged that this technology will now be used for future teaching sessions.
