Our congratulations go to BA (Hons) Film Studies graduate Lee Keable, who has just released his first feature film.

At War with the Thirst, a documentary of the band Fearless Vampire Killers, is due to be released on DVD during February 2013, distributed by PIAS (part of Sony). It was also aired on LoadedTV during January, as well as at some UK cinemas.

The project was built from nowhere by Lee, who secured finances through the crowdfunding website indiegogo.com. You can view the trailer for the film on YouTube.

Lee is currently studying for an MA at Bournemouth University. We wish him all the best for the film and his future career.
