Photography students get on their bikes to fund Degree Show
Our Year 3 BA (Hons) Photography students have been working hard to raise the necessary funds for an upcoming exhibition of their project work.
On the morning of 25 March, three of the students - Wil Symons, Toby Martin and Matt Wright - braved the unseasonal weather to set out on a sponsored bike ride from Cambridge to Paris. They were waved off at 9.00am from the Helmore building on Anglia Ruskin's Cambridge campus and are expected to complete the 1000 kilometre trip in ten days.
The exhibition, titled 'We Surveil', is due to go on show at The Basement in Hoxton Street, London from 25 - 30 June, and the students have so far collectively raised over half of the £6000 required.
