Marc is top drawer in Canimation competition
Congratulations to Year 3 BA (Hons) Illustration & Animation student Marc Moynihan, who was one of the winners in Red Bull's recent Canimation competion.
Marc's animation Raaawrrr! was picked as the best submission in the Drawn/Student category of the competition. His prize was a two month internship at cutting edge 2D studio 12foot6, the home of Dog Judo and Modern Toss.
Judges for the competition included Merlin Crossingham, Creative Director for Wallace and Gromit at Aardman Animations, and James Farrington of The Mill, who has worked on TV productions including Doctor Who, Merlin and Primeval and was part of the Oscar and BAFTA winning VFX team on The Golden Compass.
