• Finance: responsible for all financial administration related to expenditure within the Faculty, and all third stream income generation, keeping up to date records and providing records as required
• Timetabling and workload planning: creating, rooming and publication of timetables in liaison with Central Timetabling; faculty contact for all timetabling advice, liaison and support; recruitment and administration of hourly paid lecturers; workload planning and allocation
• Student Experience: responsible for implementing and developing projects and events aimed at improving the overall experience of our AIBS applicants, Freshers', students and alumni
• Research: organising and managing research activities including research papers publications and getting funding for research projects
• Learning and teaching technology: responsible for the development and maintenance of the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and providing IT support to the Faculty.
