Roy has lived in Switzerland, India, North Africa and worked for various national and international organisations. He has published number of articles and given conference papers. His area of interest is in field of Organisational Behaviour and Strategic Management. Roy's consultancy activities include projects for Swiss and Belgian companies. He was the Chief External for Masters programmes at a leading business school in the UK. Roy is the Programme Leader for the full-time MBA and MA Marketing and Innovation.
