Tim joined Anglia Ruskin University in 2004 after 20 years in financial services, sales and marketing. Career highlights included marketing management experience with an innovative fund management group prior to co-founding a financial services marketing consultancy firm in 1989. Institutional clients included leading financial services providers and the strategic focus of the firm was the development of innovative mortgage products and related sales and marketing strategies. Tim's teaching is informed by extensive practical experience which, together with a first degree in Psychology, has shaped his belief in consumer insight and operational efficiency and innovation as the key drivers of business success.
