Steve has been a lecturer since 2002. He is currently working on publications in the field of Leadership and Management, alongside working as a consultant to small businesses. He teaches Entrepreneurship and Innovation, at both undergraduate and post graduate levels; Leadership and Management Development and Research Skills for Dissertation. He is a vibrant outgoing lecturer using creative and innovative methods to facilitate his student's knowledge and understanding of their subjects. He fully understands the importance of the student experience and works hard to motivate all his students to develop their academic knowledge alongside their life skills and practical experience.

Steve has a deep understanding of both the soft and hard skills associated with leadership and management. Prior to working at the university Steve effectively created and operated two successful businesses, he still works closely with them in the capacity of mentor and consultant.
