Saeed Sadighi is a PhD researcher at the Lord Ashcroft International Business School (LAIBS) in Cambridge. His research, 'Cross-Cultural Relationship factors as a Determinant of Sustained Foreign Market Presence for successful SMEs in Cambridgeshire', has been conducted to bridge the gap between crucial areas in international business management study which are SMEs success and intercultural capabilities. This innovative research indicates whether cross-cultural factors and intercultural capabilities have been considered by successful SMEs or not.

Saeed has been working as a research assistant & data analyst for the LAIBS Centre for Innovation in International Business (CIIB) (CURA-B project), and in 2010, he has been appointed to teach International Business Management & Strategy at LAIBS.
