As Principal Lecturer in Corporate Education and Work Based Learning, Rachael's areas of expertise are Corporate Education, innovative in house learning solutions, work based learning and reflective learning. Rachael is involved in working closely with businesses both in the private and public sector particularly in the accreditation of 'in-house' learning innovations and the design, development and delivery of bespoke Management and Leadership development programmes and qualifications. Rachael has taught HRM across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and is now primarily involved in Corporate Education and Work Based Learning programmes.

She leads the corporate delivery of the Certificate of Higher Education in Leadership and the MA Leadership and currently works with Barclays plc and UPS ltd on large corporate qualification initiatives
