Pippa is a Senior Lecturer in Corporate Education and Work Based Learning within the Lord Ashcroft International Business School at Anglia Ruskin University. She has significant experience in Leadership Development, HR and Coaching and joined the school in January 2010 having spent over 10 years working within Corporate businesses, notably The Boots Company and Rolls-Royce.

Her roles at The Boots Company and Rolls-Royce encompassed Management, Leadership and Graduate Development, Change Management, Coaching and HR practice, policy development and implementation and she gained a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in these areas. Such areas remain of huge interest to her and she continues to undertake professional qualifications to grow and develop her knowledge.

As Senior Lecturer, she has been predominantly working with United Parcel Service (UPS) and Barclays Retail Banking, writing and designing module content and teaching sessions, and teaching and coaching students in the provision of a BA Management and Leadership degree.
