Dr Greg O'Shea is a former specialist in corporate finance, M&A and international business development with more than 12 years experience in the UK, the US and Europe. Greg has a law degree, an MBA and is a certified accountant and auditor.

Greg has taught on MBA programs around global leadership and strategy at the Lord Ashcroft International Business School in Cambridge and Aalto University in Helsinki. His research interests are in the area of self managed work teams and democratic organisations. Greg's doctoral research was centred around the practical and grounded application of complexity theory in organisations and he specialises in complexity, chaos and global management in team and organisational development.

Greg has been working as management consultant since 1997. He is based in Cambridge, England and he is also a partner in Grape People, a Finnish consulting company based in Helsinki with offices in Prague, Moscow, Berlin and Stockholm. His consulting clients are mainly leading Nordic organisations working with emerging and new technologies. He has worked with organisations seeking to promote global team-working and self leading teams in the US, Japan, Scandinavia, Russia and throughout the rest of Europe.
