Nektarios Tzempelikos is Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the Lord Ashcroft International Business School, Cambridge campus. He holds a PhD in marketing from the Athens University of Economics & Business. His thesis concerned Key Account Management and how to manage relationships with key accounts from a relationship marketing perspective. Prior to undertaking his PhD, he completed a BSc in Marketing and a MSc in Marketing & Communication with new technologies from the Athens University of Economics & Business.

His research has been published in various refereed journals, including Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, Journal of Strategic Marketing, Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing, The Journal of Relationship Marketing, The IMP Journal and Journal of Business Market Management. His work has also been presented during the proceedings of many important international conferences under review process, including the American Marketing Association (AMA) Marketing Educators' Conference and the European Marketing Academy Conference (EMAC) among others. He is also reviewer for European Marketing Academy Conferences (EMAC).

He has teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate level in the field of marketing. He has also experience in conducting research projects on behalf of various public and private organizations. His research interests include marketing management, relationship marketing, key account management, business-to-business marketing, services marketing, customer value and customer equity. He is also a member of the European Marketing Academy.
