Marina holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from UFF in Brazil, where she worked in the field of Human Resource Management both as an intern as well as a specialist before switching to an academic career in 2005. Before joining Anglia Ruskin University, she has worked for about four years as a research assistant and associate at the Department of Social Psychology, University of Seville, Spain. During this time, Marina has collaborated with the research group INDRHO in several research and knowledge transfer projects related to work-life balance, interpersonal conflict at work, diversity management and gender equity at work. At the University of Seville, Marina obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Work & Organisational Psychology, an MSc in Human Resource Management and a PhD in Human Resources.
