Before joining the Lord Ashcroft International Business School, Bronwyn was a senior lecturer at University Campus Suffolk. She has been involved in a range of business and management programmes over a period of 26 years. She has lead many successful validations and re-validations and has sat on validation panels as an external advisor. She is a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and currently an external examiner for their programmes at Buckinghamshire University.

Bronwyn obtained a Doctorate in Education at the University of Bristol and has presented her research findings at national and international conferences. Her research interests are in the area of workplace learning, particularly the promotion and development of talent within multi-national companies.
