David has had board level experience in Asia and Europe in both the retail, leisure and beverage industry, and has an ability to develop business in a variety of sectors. He has cross functional expertise from retail - building UK pub brands, to operations experience gained in distributing brands in Thailand and also in running a major service and supply business in the UK for Coca-Cola Enterprises.

David has gone on to utilise this business development experience and people skills to build a successful career within the senior recruitment and retention arena. He now heads up the entrepreneurial Excelerate Resources providing bespoke recruitment solutions through an effective network, and working with individuals as a career and business coach. It is this that has led him to work with start up businesses and entrepreneurs. He uses his coaching techniques to develop a deep understanding of business requirements.

David is also Chairman of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) for the Warwick & Leamington area and Chair of Governors at Myton School in Warwick.
