A fellow of the Product Development Management Association, Cassie Jones has been a Business Development Manager in industry as well as conducting academic research at the Universities of Cambridge, Manchester and City University.
Her research interest focuses on both New Product Development Management and New Service Development. Academic projects have been completed for the Home Office, Design Council, ESRC and EPSRC. Cassie has published widely in her area of expertise and teaches across the spectrum of Marketing courses, including retail marketing, consumer behaviour and general marketing management. She is also joint pathway leader for the BA (Hons) Marketing.
