Andrew's research interests cover people management issues, critical management perspectives, and the use of alternative approaches to accessing organisational reality using arts-based approaches. He is presently working with Aalborg University in the exploration of the creative process in the Problem Based Learning process, and together with a colleague is intending to extend the Aalborg PBL curriculum model in order to understand better how the dialogical process, and the use of arts based techniques can be used to problematize issues and their subsequent resolution. He is also currently drawing upon his interests in the use of dialogue in the educational process, and the concept of conscientization which are central to critical pedagogy, to explore how poetry can be used in the creative process and also a as a data collection strategy within the research process.
