Interconnections: our research journal

Interconnections Journal logo

Interconnections journal has emerged from the Centre for Transformative Management Practice. It is neither a traditional academic journal nor a review magazine, but it bridges the gap between theory and practice, offering radical thinkers world-wide and from different disciplines the opportunity to dialogue in public on emergent ideas. It provides a unique forum for the development of new practices that can be applied in different contexts.

Thus it provides:
  • An agenda for action in a rapidly changing world;
  • A community of globally connected scholars;
  • A major differentiating factor for Anglia Ruskin University research;
  • A vehicle for the training and development of staff and researchers;
  • A ready-made curricula of exciting and innovative courses.
Interconnections provides a bridge between the old and the new by drawing on the reputation and calibre that already exists in the Lord Ashcroft International Business School and within the university to take this into the future in relationship with the business community which it serves.

The journal has already a dedicated international community of scholars and practitioners who find this a unique forum for rapid dissemination of radical ideas exploring the new paradigm in business education which by their nature are bridging the theory/practice divide, and thus meeting a prime intention of the Lord Ashcroft International Business School. Interconnections provides the need for timely, rigorous research that can directly feed into businesses and organisations.
