What is KTP?

Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) is a three-way partnership between your business, Lord Ashcroft International Business School, and an excellent graduate, working together on a project you have determined is central to your company's needs.

This can be a project of:

• 1 to 3 years (KTP)
• 4 to 18 months (Low Carbon KEEP)

Our Expertise

The Lord Ashcroft International Business School has been involved in delivering government funded schemes for small-medium enterprises since 2005.

We offer businesses a high-calibre graduate, an experienced senior academic, and our best research, knowledge and skills. We have a successful track record in helping business in the region to become more profitable, productive and efficient.

Your graduate (the KTP associate) will be employed by the Business School but based at your company. They will be supervised both by company personnel and Business School staff.
