Fancy trying something different? Try our new Judo Fit sessions to get your pulse racing! Move to the beat of the music using some of the sport's non-combat moves.

A cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels.

Cricket

If you have an interest in cricket and already play please make contact with us, we are looking for cricketers to play in our six-a-side representative team and go one better to make the Southern England Student Sports Association cricket cup finals this season. The tournament is played locally, and is an all action style of cricket which engages quick thinking. In addition, we will be looking to have a Staff V Students game on Wednesday this will be a limited over affair starting around 5pm in late May early June, something to take your mind of exams.

Finally, regardless of whether you want to get involved in any of the above we will be running some indoor sessions under the watchful eye of a coach from Essex County Cricket these will start in April and use both our indoor nets and space to improve your readiness for the new season.

Basketball

If you have an interest in basketball, come along and get involved, we have regular Wednesday and Friday gatherings. Next year we will be teaming up with Baddow Eagles to provide access to basketball at the very highest level you can play locally. We will also be arranging a couple of friendly games between March and May, but in the first instance come along and simply play.
