Boxercise

A great class for letting of steam at the end of the day and improving your physical stamina and general fitness levels. All equipment provided, just wear suitable sports clothing and footwear.


Circuit Training

Come and join in these classes for a total body workout, a little sweat and some fun. This includes cardiovascular, fat burn and tone and core stability work. Some of the equipment used is dyno-bands, free weights, skipping ropes and some floor work.

Our instructors make these classes great fun and they have always been very well attended. Suitable for all levels and abilities so why don't you come along and give one of our two Circuit Training classes a try, even bring a buddy.
