Yogalates

An excellent class with a bubbly and caring instructor. This session combines the benefits of stretching and relaxation provided by yoga techniques and the strengthening of the core muscles that pilates provides, a great introduction to either and a very worthwhile lunchtime class.

Please wear comfortable loose clothing.
