Pilates

Pilates exercises challenge each person differently as we all have different strengths and weaknesses. The key to pilates is pelvic stabilisation and abdominal control. The workout is designed to stabilise the torso and develop the control centre (deep abdominal muscles). When these elements are functioning correctly, challenge the stability with movement of arms and legs, increasing flexibility and strength at the same time.
