Subject to availability, our Cambridge and Chelmsford campuses may be able to provide short term accommodation within guest flats in the halls. If unavailable we can provide information on alternatives including Youth Hostels, bed and breakfasts, hotels and private apartments.

The bedroom

• The single occupancy rooms feature a large single bed with linen provided
• En-suite - rooms will have your own shower and toilet
• Furniture - large single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and mini fridge
• Internet - wired, available for an extra charge
• TV - there is an aerial point in each bedroom, no TV is provided
• Phone - no telephone service is available

The kitchens

The kitchen contains a communal fridge, freezer, microwave and cooker. It does not include a kettle or toaster. You will also need to provide your own cooking equipment including crockery.

Other services

• Bicycles - sheltered storage is available
• Cars - no car parking is available
• Laundrette - there is a laundrette across the road on campus with coin-operated machines
• Security - CCTV and 24 hour campus security
• Cleaning in common areas - the kitchen, stairs and corridors will be cleaned. You will need to clean your en-suite and bathroom

Weekly rate £192.50 per week excluding VAT
A minimum stay of 3 night applies
A maximum stay of 6 weeks applies
