The Forum is a block of flats with a total of 109 bed spaces. It is run by The Whitfield Group, and is available exclusively to Anglia Ruskin students. Recently refurbished, The Forum has comfortable lounges and features self-contained flats, or larger flats for 2-5 people to share.

You will share a kitchen/ living area with 1 to 5 others. The kitchen/living area is large with a comfortable lounge space.

The building

The Forum is located about 1 mile from our Cambridge campus. It is close to the Mill Road area, known for its restaurants, independently owned shops and pubs.

Occupancy agreements

• The occupancy agreement runs for 11 months, from 01 September 2013 to 31 July 2014
• Rent for 2013/14 is from £97.98 to £129 per week. Rent including utility bills, Internet and possessions insurance
