The bedrooms

Anastasia House rooms are configured into 9 flats. The rooms feature a large single bed with linen provided. You will have a silent mini fridge in your room.

• En-suite - most of the rooms will have your own shower and toilet. There are also 7 bedrooms which share three shower rooms and toilets between them
• Furniture - large single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and mini fridge
• Internet - wired, included in the rent
• TV - there is an aerial point in each bedroom
• Phone - there is no telephone point

The kitchens

You will share a modern kitchen/dining area between 6-8 students. There is a fridge, freezer, microwave and cooker. It does not include a kettle or toaster.

The building

Located on East Road directly opposite the Cambridge Campus, Anastasia House is near to the library, computer rooms and the Students' Union gym and shop. It is also within 5 minutes walking distance of local shops.

• Laundrette - there is a laundrette across the road on campus with coin-operated machines.

• Residential Assistants are available on-call 24 hours a day
• Security - CCTV and 24 hour campus security
• Adapted rooms are available
• Cleaning in common areas - the kitchen, stairs and corridors will be cleaned. You will need to clean your en-suite and bathroom

Occupancy agreements

• Academic year occupancy runs for 39 weeks and three nights from mid September 2013 until late June 2014
• Rent for 2013/14 is from £137.79 per week. Rent includes bills to a generous threshold
• The property is rented directly through Anglia Ruskin
