Who cleans my accommodation?
You are responsible for the cleaning of your accommodation. Regular inspections will be carried out and if any area is found to be in an unsatisfactory condition, you will be asked to improve it. If you do not improve it, a professional cleaner will bring it up to an acceptable standard at your expense. Can I smoke in my accommodation?

For properties managed by Anglia Ruskin (Peter Taylor, Swinhoe, Anastasia, University houses and The Student Village) you can call or email our Facilities Heldesk for repairs and maintenance. If the repair is causing an immediate danger and is outside the office opening hours, you can contact either your Residential Assistants or University Security. For other accommodation types that are managed by our partners (CB1, YMCA, Sedley Court, The Forum) you will have a building manager to help with repairs. They will give you information about how to request repairs, and what to do for emergency out of office hours repairs.

If we find a student who wants to move in your rent liability will end.Can I have visitors?
