What are 'Medical requirements'?

Medical requirements are a range of things that may need to be taken into consideration to make sure that you are able to have a pleasant stay. If you have any physical or mental health concerns or disabilities please let us know by completing the Medical Requirements Form so that we can make sure your accommodation is as suitable as possible for your needs. In some circumstances we may be able to adapt your room to make it more comfortable for you.

I have medical needs that require additional or adapted furniture and equipment. What can I do?

If you need special furniture because of a medical condition (eg a fridge for medication), or if you have a special requirement (eg you use a wheelchair), you must let us know when you apply, and complete the 'Medical Declaration' in the 'Medical Requirements Form'.

I need a car to assist me due to medical needs. Can I arrange parking?
