Congratulations on receiving a place to study at Anglia Ruskin University and an offer to live in student accommodation at one of the following residences:

• Anastasia House
• Bridget's and Nightingale halls
• Peter Taylor House
• Sedley Court
• Student Village
• Swinhoe Hall
• The Forum
• The YMCA
• University shared houses

You can collect your keys and move into your room from the start date as stated on your Offer of Accommodation letter. This is also the start date of your Occupancy Agreement. If you are residing in CB1, the managing agents CRM will contact you directly about your arrival details.

When to arrive

You need to tell us the date and time when you are arriving. This is done through a pre-arrival online induction to your student accommodation. If you have not received your personal log on details by email or are having difficulties booking your arrival time, please contact us. Your keys may not be available if you do not inform us of when you plan to arrive.

Where to collect keys

Keys collection will be confirmed to you when you complete your online induction.

Arriving early

Your room is not available until the move in date as shown on your Offer of Accommodation letter. If you are arriving before your move-in date you will need to arrange your own accommodation until your move-in date. Pre-book your accommodation in advance using our Bed and Breakfast, hotel and apartment listings.

Before you arrive ensure you:

1. pay your first instalment of rent
2. set up recurring web payments (with the exception of the YMCA, Sedley Court and the Forum) for future payments. Once you have set up your recurring web payments ensure you print the confirmation as proof you have done this
3. complete your pre-arrival online induction to your student accommodation.

To get your keys ensure you bring with you:

1. a signed copy of your Offer of Accommodation letter
2. the confirmation that you have set up recurring web payments (if applicable).

Keys will not be issued without these two items.

Arriving by car?

We allow free car parking for up to one hour in designated parking areas specified in your online induction. After this time you will need to move to public car parks. More information is available below in the Related Links section.
